My wife and I were looking to purchase our first home last year. We met numerous real estate agents along the way and gave them each a shot. We almost gave up on using an agent until we met Kyle. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Tammy. My husband and I had 60 days to find a home! Tammy made it happen. We looked at several homes and Tammy was knowledgeable about each home and the area surrounding. We could only meet during certain times if the day to view houses and Tammy was very flexible. Tammy is extremely responsive to questions! We had many questions and she was able to answer all of them. Even after settlement, we had a few things pop up and she still helped us solve the issue. I highly recommend Tammy.

My fiancé and I were in the hunt for our first home. We had no idea where to begin and quite frankly we were overwhelmed. My fiancé’s mom referred us to her friend, Tammy, who is a real estate agent with Keller Williams Realty. After getting in contact with Tammy, she thoroughly explained what the process would entail and she put us in touch with a potential lender. We quickly began our search after we gained our pre-approval. Tammy began sending us listing to look at everyday. She was very accommodating with our schedules and when we wanted to set up a tour she made her-self available nearly instantaneously. We definitely ran into our fair share of amusing findings during our search, as I’m sure every couple does. Whenever I would begin to get overwhelmed or frustrated with the process, Tammy was there to put me at ease. Tammy was also very attentive to our must-have list, which kept us clear of houses that would not best suit our needs. Thankfully for us, Tammy helped us find the perfect starter home for our family. Nick did a fantastic job helping me sell my condo. He was extremely quick to respond to any questions that arose and kept me updated throughout the sale process.
