This time he dropped everything he was doing with his family Memorial Day to see a house with me & my fiance. Simply put, we would not have been able to purchase our home without Matt. He was patient with us in looking at homes - able to point out pros and cons of properties that we might not have been aware of - and when we found "the one" he helped us structure an offer that was successful in a competitive market. He also hoped ensure that we got to closing with a great mortgage contact that was able to get us a competitive rate and overcome all the little hurdles that seemed to crop up. Matt was calm, extremely knowledgable, responsive and the ultimate professional in every aspect of our purchase. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again (but since we got our dream home - I hope we'll never have to!).

Teresa provided me with support, follow up with a sense of urgency, timely communication, and ensured everything I needed was taken care of during the process. Buying a house or selling is hard, but buying and selling at the same time is very stressful. Then add a pandemic on top of it and it could have been too much for any family. However, we sold my house in five days and closed on my new house before the 30 day mark. Unbelievable! She is kind, an excellent listener, and will work tirelessly for you to find exactly what you are looking for in your next home. She will even go out into the world with gloves and mask on to help you find the home you love!! Who does that? Teresa Martin does, and you will have the best experience if you choose her!! A++ and 5 Stars!!

Tammy assisted us in purchasing our first home!! She was incredibly helpful during the entire home buying process! She was always readily available and flexible when we wanted to look at houses.
