Tammy is AMAZING!! I have been out of the home selling market for 15 years and was very nervous. Tammy reassured me that everything will work out. As an “A” type personality I like to keep a hands on approach but Tammy was so knowledgeable, communicative and downright savvy I totally gave her full control. She suggested staging my property and I received an offer the first day my condominium went on the market. Tammy made the process smooth and was always available when I needed her. While I know she had other clients I never “felt” like she had other clients. The absolute BEST real estate agent!p

Tammy worked really hard for me. I began the home buying process less than two months before my apartment lease ended. She made herself available daily, to show houses anywhere that I asked. She sent me listings, set up showings, and answered all of my phone calls, even when I called her at 9:00 at night. She negotiated prices, and did not allow me to close until I was 100% satisfied. Her communication was amazing, and she informed me of every date, time, and update as soon as she was heard anything. She went out of her way to make sure I closed on the date I was told, contacted the listing agent immediately if I had questions, and scheduled all appointments timely. If you are looking for an honest, knowledgeable, and hard working realtor, then Tammy is your girl! She WILL work hard for you!

I can not say enough about Lindsey Johnson. She sold our home and helped us buy a home at the same time. She was always responsive quickly, she made sure things were done properly and if there were any issues, she resolved them in lieu of bringing us in and making us worry. She was also there every step to calm me down if I worried or felt unsure of anything. She also explained things if I didn't understand. She also works for a cause that is very important, Homes for Heroes. She is giving and she makes sure she is definitely in your corner and you aren't having to stress over the process. She's happy and bubbly, you can't help but love her!

She was extremely organized and had every detail arranged and communicated so we always knew what was happening. Our home sold in record time and it was the smoothest process...almost too good to be true! I would absolutely recommend Lindsey.
