Cindy is an AMAZING realtor. We had one of those "interesting" house hunting challenges. We were living in another state (over 1,300 miles away) and Cindy did an outstanding job making it feel like we were right in Winter Haven Florida. Cindy is very familiar with the neighborhoods and was able to narrow our search knowing our wish list and needs. She kept us updated and informed during each step of the buying process. Cindy provided use with a tour of the area and tips and other resources we would need once we purchased our home. She followed up with the closing company and the lender to make sure that everyone was on the same page and closing would go smoothly. We were out of state buyers and she made it a much easier process. She's gone above and beyond to find us a great new home!
