She was available all the time for advice and suggestions while we got ready to list, and we listed much higher than we expected. She had signs up in the front and back and an open house the very first day we were on the market. Causing us to be under contract in 48 hours! Angela was a huge support during the closing process, from the inspection, all the way to advising us when to cut off utilities and cancel home owners insurance.
