Rich Henry was an excellent agent to work with. He knew what I was looking for and one night sent me pictures of 'the perfect villa'. Rich and I were the first buyers to look at it. We knew I wouldn't find anything better. It had everything I wanted and in the neighborhood I wanted to be. Rich, having so much real estate knowledge, helped me put in a successful offer.
