Super Real Estate Agent
Denise was fantastic throughout the process. She guided me all along the way, from marketing and selling my condo, to purchasing my own personal 'dream' home. She never gave up on me as I looked at many homes. We discussed the good points, and also the features that should be addressed. Denise was highly recommended to me and I would suggest to anyone buying or selling a home to contact her.

I worked with Dave multiple times and keep going back to him whenever I'm in the market for real estate. He helped me both when I was a buyer and a seller. It is an understatement that he is an excellent agent. You can always count on his advice because he is a straight shooter, and he always has the client's interest as his top priority and fights for it. For example, he helped me deal with an obnoxious bank in a short sale purchase, and also an incompetent buyer/lender/appraiser on a sale. Both cases would have been a nightmare, but Dave was able to make them as painless as possible for me. His experiences in the FL market along with his knowledge on the real estate laws and transaction process set him apart. I strongly recommend him without any reservations.

Denise is Awesome. She spent a lot of time with us getting to know what we were looking for.
We lived in Minnesota and bought a home in Florida with Denise's help. Denise took what we told her about what we wanted in our new home and found many houses that we loved. She would find houses for us to do virtual walk-throughs that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. She went the extra mile to help us and was available anytime of the time of day and any day of the week. She is patient and didn't try to push us into anything. She is professional and very easy to talk to. It was quite an adventure for us but she made it fun! She helped us through the entire process helping every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a house.

Attentive, Available, Knowledgeable
From the time I first considered selling in Ohio and moving to Florida, Denise kept in touch, giving information on properties, and helping us narrow down to what we were interested in. Honest and knowledgeable
