Although she informed us up front she was part time. She assured us this would not affect the service she could provide. This was not the case. We also found her communication to be inferior. Other than open houses there was not any networking to sell our home. She works for a very knowledgeable broker, but was reluctant to use her resources to help us. It was unfortunate that we had to rely on her broker to walk us through various items. We were living out of state, yet she expected us to work on things that should have been done by either herself or the office staff in the brokers office. Had it not been for her broker, we are not sure this sale would have ever closed.

I found her when checking out an open house before I had a realtor. I liked her relaxed demeanor. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find what I wanted quickly. She showed me a number of properties in a short period of time. She was very professional and I would highly recommend her!

Denise was fantastic throughout the process. She guided me all along the way, from marketing and selling my condo, to purchasing my own personal 'dream' home. She never gave up on me as I looked at many homes. We discussed the good points, and also the features that should be addressed. Denise was highly recommended to me and I would suggest to anyone buying or selling a home to contact her.

We lived in Minnesota and bought a home in Florida with Denise's help. Denise took what we told her about what we wanted in our new home and found many houses that we loved. She would find houses for us to do virtual walk-throughs that we wouldn't have seen otherwise. She went the extra mile to help us and was available anytime of the time of day and any day of the week. She is patient and didn't try to push us into anything. She is professional and very easy to talk to. It was quite an adventure for us but she made it fun! She helped us through the entire process helping every step of the way. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know looking to buy a house.

Even during the crazy 2020-2021 housing market Denise was a wonderful resource that helped us find our dream home. Denise kept the lines of communication open during the process, and was very quick to turn around any information we requested. We would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell.

From the time I first considered selling in Ohio and moving to Florida, Denise kept in touch, giving information on properties, and helping us narrow down to what we were interested in. Always ready to schedule appointments for the properties we were interested in. When we were ready to move, she made herself available, and was so professional and knowledgeable.
