Rich understands the hurdles with condo/townhouse sales. Rich remedied every issue with provided updates on his action to remedy. Rich is very knowledgeable in all of the phases of selling a home, everything from the listing process (including pricing), the showings (including dealing with buyer agents) and the closing process. He takes the time to understand his customer and their specific needs and goals, and explains everything. I have lived in many places and dealt with many agents, but Rich is at the top of my list for how he handled my sale and for future referrals!

Richard was always available to discuss the selling of our condo. Despite having a tough Despite a collapsing condo market, Richard and his colleague Elizabeth did an excellent job dealing with the HOA association that was very difficult to deal with. I highly recommend him as a realtor.
