Although she informed us up front she was part time. She assured us this would not affect the service she could provide. This was not the case. We also found her communication to be inferior. Other than open houses there was not any networking to sell our home. She works for a very knowledgeable broker, but was reluctant to use her resources to help us. It was unfortunate that we had to rely on her broker to walk us through various items. We were living out of state, yet she expected us to work on things that should have been done by either herself or the office staff in the brokers office. Had it not been for her broker, we are not sure this sale would have ever closed.

My experience working with Rich Henry was truly easy. He is the kind of professional that you hope you find when searching. From the original meeting before we listed, through all steps of the process, including the closing, Rich was in regular communication with me. I never had to guess at anything because his thorough explanations made the more complicated matters, easy to understand. He has excellent knowledge of the real estate industry.
