Angela is an awesome realtor. She isn't just trying to sell you a home. She actually teaches you things about what to look for when buying an older home or just buying a home period. She is a one stop shop. She made the process for me so easy. I was able to get a loan , get home insurance quotes, inspection done and I didn't even have to look around and do it my self. She was there for me when I thought I was lost/ about to lose it. Buying a house is stressful yet she keep saying I got you just tryst the process. Dave was easy to work with in finding places and scheduling times to view places. We coordinated thru google maps the best routes and it was easier to view more place in a one day. Dave was very knowledgeable on real-estate as well as the harder part of purchasing a home, the loan process. He previously worked at a title company so he can offer very valuable info. I would definitely work with him again if I ever decide to move again.

There were several unfortunate circumstances at the time my house went on the market. My husband passed away necessitating the sale of our home. Restrictions from COVID-19 were put in place and real estate sales were at a virtual standstill. Fortunately, my home was unoccupied which allowed for limited views of the property. Throughout the entire process, Rich was in constant communication updating me on what was happening with COVID as it related to the marketplace. His knowledge and diligence in researching market changes and how best to respond resulted in a timely and very satisfactory sale. The street name on this is incorrect, it's Salt River Ave Dave went above and beyond in helping me find a home I could afford. After our first meeting our communications were long distance for almost a year while I tried to sell my house in Georgia. He constantly sent me listings for my review which allowed me to narrow down my preferences. When I finally got down here he did a great job finding affordable houses in the area I wanted to live.
