Rich is a great realtor! He was very patient and guided me through the emotional sale of my first home. He explained everything to me clearly. When my first offer fell through, he kept my spirits up. Rich is very quick to return phone calls and staying on top of the details. I was even able to accept my 2nd offer while I was out of town, and we signed everything electronically! I felt that I was in good hands, and now he’s helping me find my next home.

Fantastic Agent!
We had never worked with Jamie before a friend recommended him. I was thinking of using someone else but thought we should meet with him first just to see his presentation. He showed up that first day with a total plan on how to sell our home with a solid strategy on how to do that. We were so impressed we decided to work with him right then. And boy oh boy are we glad we did!! From first to last this cycle was a real roller coaster ride and really put us through our paces. We constantly looked to Jamie to find solutions to the ever-increasing problems that this house kept presenting. I'll spare you the details but suffice to say Jamie always knew what to do to solve the problems and in a couple of instances I found him to be a downright magician, pulling solutions out of his hat! He also kept his head and remained very calm (so appreciated!). We had to leave the area before the close of the deal so we asked him to handle everything from there on our behalf and he did such a wonderful job of getting the deal to a done!! He was just the best !! He really was!!

I found Jamie on Angie's List as a Top Clearwater area realtor, and he met and exceeded expectations. We had a bad experience with our rental management company that was also acting as our seller agent, and Jamie helped save a bad situation. He's knowledgeable and tech savvy, which was especially important as I live overseas and we had to coordinate with my co-owner brother as well. He helped us deal with an uncooperative tenant who still occupied the house at the beginning of the listing, and has very good connections to get things repaired. I highly recommend Jamie for either selling or buying a home in the area.

Jamie is one of the most professional and considerate people I have ever worked with in any industry. He takes personal responsibility for every aspect of the real estate process and always watched out for my best interest even if it was not necessarily in his. He is kind, considerate, and if you pay attention, very funny. nI would recommend Jamie to anyone and will use him exclusively for any future real estate transactions myself.

Jamie was a wonderful agent
Jamie was a wonderful agent. I would recommend him with no reservations. He helped us sell our parents' condo for quite a nice price, which was a bit of a challenge given that it needed more than a bit of TLC. He was very good at bringing out the best features of the condo. The video he did was amazing! He was always easy to contact and returned calls very quickly. He kept us steady through the price negotiations so we feel we ended up with a very good deal. Personable, hard-working, helpful, knowledgeable--I don't have enough good adjectives for Jamie. Thanks for selling the condo, Jamie!

Jamie was our realtor for sale of a condo following a death in the family. We are from out of stated and Jamie made everything flow smoothly, from the staging, to the pricing, showing, and closing.
