Shawna Colbert helped me purchase an excellent home in Water Set at 7214 Paradiso Dr, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. Park Square-built the houses with excellent finishing. The house was a model, and she helped me negotiate a fast closing which included the fixing several things that are OK in a model house but not in a rental (putting the bathroom and bedroom door back, as an example), which required the builder lease the home from us while the work is done. She was instrumental in choosing the right home at the right time and time frame. Back in Florida, I visited the house, which is pretty with a lack front of the street lack and a beautiful primary bedroom. Thanks, Shawna and Evelyn, for all your help. I met - Shawna Calvert about a year ago. A person wanted to lease my home in Mirabay. Shawna is a very nice person that we immediately sympathize with. She is busy as a bee but always ready to help. Her husband is also an amiable and helpful person. I looked for a 1031 Exchange property, and Shawna was tremendously beneficial. I was in California buying a nearby home in Apollo Beach. Shawna went to many properties, made films, and sent them. In addition, she was always aware of any reasonable opportunity pooping in the market. She mentioned a home model to sell by Lennar. The small 4-bedroom home is beautiful and in an excellent location. She helped me make the offer when the time left to close on the 1031 exchange was only a few days left. We purchased the property at 9739 Lemon Drop Loop, Ruskin, FL, 33573. The house was built by Lennar, who has excellent services to fix things that were missed or wrongly placed. All went very fast and smoothly. Thank you for Shawna's help. When I came back to Florida and just a few days before the closing, I visited the home. I was surprised by how pretty the house was and what an excellent and stunning location. Thank you, Shawna.
