She really listens to her clients, and very quickly develops an understanding of their wish list. She is also very skilled at setting expectations. Shawna stuck with us for a year through our adventures looking for “The perfect home”, and I must say she nailed it! Shawna listened to us, and walked us through “our perfect home”. We are so happy. Shawna works 7 days a week, so if you are looking for someone dedicated to you and your requirements, she is the ONLY zone to work with. Shawna even picked-up my dog while we were in the process of moving, because she knows how stressful it can be on the home owners and their pets. When I had to move out of NY, by myself, with 2 small children…..it was completely overwhelming! Not to mention that I was having to buy a new home sight unseen. I was so grateful to have found Victoria!! She helped me every step of the way. She knew exactly what I was looking for & wouldn’t settle for less. She never tried to get me into any house just to “move onto the next client,” but rather, took her time with every house she viewed (& there were MANY!). Our family started our search for the perfect home in Mirabay last November while we were on vacation. When we met Shawna we were so impressed with the wealth of knowledge she had. She showed us several homes and drove us around all of Apollo Beach to make sure we fully understood and appreciated everything the area had to offer and explored all of the different neighborhoods. When we went back to NC, we knew Mirabay in Apollo Beach was where we wanted to be. From November 2021 through April 2022, Shawna walked through and created virtual tours for us for SEVERAL homes until we found THE ONE. We could not have found our new home without her. The transition to Florida from North Carolina would not have been as smooth without her. Grateful for her guidance and assistance throughout!
