Kim was quick to inform and stay on top of all those involved in the process of closing on our house! She went above and beyond our expectations of a realtor!

Kim is everything you want in a realtor! She knows the area like the back of her hand. She knows the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants and all the places to have fun! She really listens to her clients, and very quickly develops an understanding of their wish list. She is also very skilled at setting expectations. We were new to the area and everything she told us turned out to 100% on the mark (not to mention invaluable to our quest to find the perfect home). Kim is caring and genuine and has your best interest at heart. She is an excellent realtor, and has become a true friend.

We interviewed a few agents before we met with Kim. Right away we were impressed with her marketing strategy & hired her on the spot. She did not let us down. Kim went beyond our expectations on what a realtor would do for a client. She was very professional especially when dealing with our buyer’s VERY unprofessional agent. Kim became quickly more of a friend then just an agent we hired to sell our house.
