Kim is everything you want in a realtor! She knows the area like the back of her hand. She knows the neighborhoods, schools, restaurants and all the places to have fun! She really listens to her clients, and very quickly develops an understanding of their wish list. She is also very skilled at setting expectations. We were new to the area and everything she told us turned out to 100% on the mark (not to mention invaluable to our quest to find the perfect home). Kim is caring and genuine and has your best interest at heart. She is an excellent realtor, and has become a true friend.
