We decided to purchase a home, in Mira Bay, in late June. We contacted Shawna. Given her efficiency, we saw a very small number of suitable homes, made an offer on the home we ultimately purchased, and closed the transaction in 30 days of offer acceptance (closing August 26th). Shawna and Gregg are exceptional! We were initially looking at a home in Tampa and the main realtor we dealt with was non-responsive and curt. Shawna and Gregg couldn't be more different. They went out of their way to assist us in finding and buying a wonderful home. They handled details that weren't part of their job and even assisted us in finding a place to stay until closing. I can't say enough positive things about the two of them and their brokerage team. We highly recommend them!!

We met Shawna Calvert by accident. She happened to be at the very first house we toured in Apollo Beach, and we got to talking. While that house wasn't meant to be, Shawna helped us find the one that was. She knows the Apollo Beach market inside and out. Every house we wanted to see, she got us in the door. Her entire team, including her husband, made the process feel easy! They didn't stop there either. We were going back and forth on whether to sell or rent our other property, and Shawna walked us through both options so we could make the right call.
