This allowed us to quickly identify adjustments that could be made to the property and listing to maximize exposure and attract buyers. Dori, Shawna’s staging expert, was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable and had a great eye for design, helping stage the home in a way that really showcased the space and made it more appealing to buyers. Once we accepted an offer, Shawna’s team did a great job communicating every step of the process and clearly explaining what was needed from me. They made the inspection, walkthrough, and all the title and closing paperwork feel very straightforward and manageable. On top of that, I was coordinating the sale of this home while also making an offer on another property for a back-to-back closing, which added another layer of complexity. With a quick closing scheduled and multiple time changes along the way, Karen, the closing agent, was absolutely appreciated. She did a great job keeping everything organized and moving forward to make sure the closing stayed on track despite the shifting timeline. Overall, I really appreciated the professionalism, communication, and teamwork from everyone involved. It made what could have been a stressful process go much more smoothly.

Shawna and her team were very knowledgeable and easy to work with starting before we ever considered listing our house through the final walk through. She assisted with providing a realistic valuation of the house based on the current market, prepping the house for sale by handling cleaning and staging, assisting with repairs leading up to closing and being an expert resource throughout the appraisal process. She didn’t jump in immediately with this is how much we can sale your house for speech. Instead she discussed marketing, advertising, and the current state of the real estate market specifically in our community. She was positive, uplifting and super knowledgeable. Still before we signed with her she took her time with her team to evaluate our property room by room. She had a plan that included marketing through many outlets like social media like FB and Zilllow and her own clients. Well it wasn’t long before she identified the perfect buyer.
