This allowed us to quickly identify adjustments that could be made to the property and listing to maximize exposure and attract buyers. Dori, Shawna’s staging expert, was also fantastic. She was knowledgeable and had a great eye for design, helping stage the home in a way that really showcased the space and made it more appealing to buyers. Once we accepted an offer, Shawna’s team did a great job communicating every step of the process and clearly explaining what was needed from me. They made the inspection, walkthrough, and all the title and closing paperwork feel very straightforward and manageable.
