We consider Shawna to be a new friend; she is so kind, good-hearted, and such a hard-working person. I met her about a year ago. I needed some help on a 1031 Exchange investment. We contacted her and sent her some homes that were appealing to us. She immediately told us which ones were suitable investments because the areas were still being improved. I mentioned that this investment would be a rental and that we were looking for a younger house. She found a beautiful property that, in addition, came with a good tenant. She helped us put in an offer, even though it was close to midnight! Thank you, Shawna. I greatly recommend her for your future transitions. You will not be disappointed. Kim was so knowledgeable, patient and helpful to us during our home search and loan qualification process. It took a while to get everything done and find the right house, but she was there for us the whole way through and worked very hard to make sure we got exactly what we wanted and to fight for us to get the best deal. First of all - I wouldn't have bought my house without Marks' help. My search for my dream house was a long one - we started in January and finally found it in June. During this period Mark was very patient with me as I'm not an easy customer - we've search high and low and he became to know me better then I know myself. Always prompt, responsive and on the go - we've looked at countless properties together. His knowledge is very extensive, and he keeps expanding it - always attending courses and seminars to be up to speed with the current market. During the process of buying the house he always stayed in touch with the builder and with me (process was a very long one - pandemic, lockdown etc.) and the end result of our partnership (because that's what it became to be) is me moving into my brand new house!!! Couldn't be happier!!! Will definitely call Mark again and will recommend him to my friends and family 100%.
