We were so lucky to find Shawna as our realtor! We were doing a home search remotely, from Dallas, flying in to look at houses as often as we could. Shawna knows so much about the area and was amazing at packing in lots of homes for us to see during limited time windows when we flew in. She was instrumental in making our dream of returning to Florida come true. She is extremely knowledgeable and super helpful and I cannot recommend her highly enough.

Shawna was honest and extremely friendly and comforting. While trying so very hard to purchase my dream home in a very competitive real estate market, I was becoming frustrated with “ playing the game”; I’m not into the kind of stress affiliated with bidding and the many underlying competition involved in home buying. When I contacted Shawna.... boom... the job got done with no pain and with a side of humanity and kindness. Additionally, I could text her and email her at any time of day and would receive, if not an immediate response, a very close to I hope immediate response filled with knowledgeable details and joy. Shawna was professional and knowledgeable, but, attacked any and all concerns with the diligence of a best friend or loving family member. I highly recommend her, and will recommend her to anyone I know is in the market with the highest confidence that they would be met with satisfaction.

Shawna was great to work with! Even though we closed on our home over a month ago she is still willing to answer any questions and provide referrals. She knows what she is doing and you can rest assured that she is working as your advocate.

Shawna was amazing to work with! She was always very responsive and helpful. She took her time driving us EVERYWHERE and helped us get our dream home. She went to bat for us to get a great deal and was very helpful throughout the entire buying experience. I had a ton of realtors contact me after looking on Zillow, but she stood out when she called. She asked all the right questions and made me feel comfortable with her from day one. The market has been crazy and I know she has a lot of other clients but she never made me feel like that. Her daughter had a baby during my home search and if she couldn’t be there with me (which wasn’t often), she found someone else on her team to meet me at a location or during inspections. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a new home!

I just want to start off by saying that Shawna Calvert was an absolute joy to work with. I was so very lucky to have met Shawna through Zillow when I went to see a home that we were interested in. Shawna was kind and patient with us, first time home buyers. She was attentive to the things we wanted and NEVER cut corners. She took us to view several houses, a couple of which we were interested, however, due to the high demand in the market, and limited funds on our end, we could not get what we wanted at the price point that we wanted. Shawna encouraged us to look into newly built homes. After a bit of research, we decided that this was the best option for us. Shawna attended many meetings with me and read through ALL the paperwork before she gave me the “ok” to sign. Whenever there was an issue with communication with the seller, Shawna would jump on it immediately and ensure that things were happening in a timely manner. Thanks to her, we were even able to get several thousand dollars off our closing costs. On Tuesday 01/02/2021, we closed on our newly built home. After months and months of waiting, it was finally OURS. If I had to do this process all over again, I most definitely would because I know I would be safe in the hands of Shawna. Her team is extremely professional. She connected me with other services that we would need, such as homeowners insurance and helped us find the best rate. Shawna worked tirelessly to ensure we got the home that we wanted. I would 100000x recommend Shawna as your next realtor. And I know that, years from now, when we’re ready to buy our second home, we will be reaching out to Shawna for her help.

Don and I wish to commend and highly recommend Shawna Calvert, a remarkable realtor. With a keen knowledge of the housing market, amazing communication skills, and persistence to problem solve, Shawna helped us navigate the sale of our existing home and purchase a new home on an expidicious timeline that we had not thought possible. As an lifelong educator, I have come across a handful of teachers who are able to make each student under their tutelage feel like he/she is that teacher's favorite. Shawna, with her upbeat, personal responsiveness and attention to detail lead us to believe that we were her most important clients...... a rare gift. We so appreciated all those efforts on our behalf. Especially noteworthy also was Shawna' s skill to get our home filmed and opened quickly to a broad national network that included Arizona where our buyers found us. Thank you Shawna!

I just read a review that absolutely shocks me! Shawna Calvert is the most ethical and trustworthy person I know. She will go the extra mile and give you the shirt off her back. She helps a hoarder move her junk to storage so she can sell her house. She drives her clients to medical appointments. Who does that? She always shows up at listing appointments and inspections and works tirelessly to get the best price for her clients. Anyone posting anything different must be having a really bad day or be mentally unstable!!! From what I see all reviews are a 5 star except for a stray cat.... just saying! People are smart! They can decipher this for themselves.

The very best realtor I know and have worked with for several years. She is so incredibly informative, thorough in every aspect. I highly recommend Shawna Calvert as your go to realtor in all real estate needs. Our family and several of our friends have had the distinct pleasure of working with Shawna and cannot speak highly enough of her professionalism, honesty, work ethic, kindness and patience with us on every real estate transaction, selling and buying, with her.
