I met Mark at an open house that me and a friend went to by chance. He knew that I wasn't interested in that particular house and that I lived across the country. He spent time chatting with us and really made an impression. About 4 months later I reached out as I was ready to start looking for a house. He not only was willing to take me on as a client with challenges as I lived in California, but he also remembered me. He made sure he understood what I was looking for. There were challenges as I wasn't planning on traveling to Florida until after I bought a house. We also talked thru loans and new builds vs resells. He really helped me understand the process and handled the challenges with patience, due diligence, and communication. He researched all the houses I sent his way (I was looking all the time), researched my questions, brought me klnew info as he learned it, and did video walk throughs of houses I liked. He even helped me understand what the communities were like and really took time to understand what was important to me. Every step of the way, he was there! I didn't step in the house I bought until a month later and I was pretty nervous... hoping I'd like it.. I shouldn't have worried... Mark had my back - everything from the style to the little features, to even the community and neighbors! I highly recommend him as a real estate agent. Whether your moving cross country or just down the road, Mark is a great asset to have when looking to buy a house!
