At every turn, Kim found ways to negotiate and have constant communication with the seller, attorneys, inspectors, loan originators. It didn’t matter who it was that we needed contact, she was always willing and even on it before we could even ask her. As first time home buyers, my wife and I didn’t know the fullness of what we were getting into, but she constantly made sure we were confident in our choices and that we were fully informed. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor experience, and are extremely blessed that we found Kim Hanushek!
