Susanne helped us when buying our home when we moved to the area. She knows her market extremely well and gave us a tremendous amount of insight into the area. She also was able to pull information on the house we ended up buying (without us asking) that we never would have thought to ask regarding zoning, permitting to add an additional room and the local/state ordinances as well as things to check for that even the home inspector did not consider. Since the sale and over the past two years we have consulted her on a number of things. She has been kind enough to again pull information for us and guide us through. She has gone as far (again without us asking) as calling state and local agencies to determine who we need to speak with to be able to move forward on a number of projects. I can't recommend her enough. She is a wonderful realtor and great to work with.
