Tyler was great in every possible way! His advice and assistance made this process (I've never sold a home before) one of the easiest things I've ever done. I hardly lifted a finger, other than to pack and move! Tyler was very professional and knew his stuff. Looking for a home from out of state is extremely challenging, but Susan made the effort to understand what we were looking for and made excellent recommendations on what neighborhoods to focus our search and what homes were excellent values. Susan really shined during our negotiations and through the closing, walking us through each step and staying on top of the entire process to ensure closing occurred on schedule. She compiled additional documents for our appraisal and communicated with us almost daily to keep us informed. Susan went above and beyond during our out of state closing by doing a video walkthrough with us and securing our keys. Susan is an extremely personable and professional realtor and I can’t recommend her highly enough. She will handle our future real estate needs when we are ready to downsize.
