The thought of finding a new home, when you live out-of-state, creates that “state” of high anxiety. Once you meet Abby, there is that feeling of talking with a friend. There is the professional and knowledgeable side of Abby, but also the personable and confident side. One who is caring and focused on helping you. A very comforting feeling. She has a good understanding of the present-day market. She will spend time questioning the client as to their needs, wants and desires. While our thoughts were of a single home, she injected thought of a duplex. This discussion produced a list of candidates (single and duplex) to visit. She was able to get us into a house (a duplex) the day it went on the market. It was everything we could have imagined as our new home. Abby suggested an inspector and an appraiser that she had worked with on numerous occasions. Both men were very detailed in preparing their reports. She kept me updated and answered questions, sometimes even before they were asked! She fully explained the process and provided a time schedule for the various events. Everything went smoothly from getting loan approval to closing because of the time and effort Abby put in. The offer we made may not have been the highest, but it was written to reflect our desire for the house along with the willingness to work with the seller. It did the trick – we won the bidding war! Our offer was the most favorable to the seller. She definitely knows how to sweeten the deal! I strongly recommend Abby to anyone looking for a great realtor to assist them in today’s housing market.

As first time homebuyers, Gwenn made sure we understood every step of the process and didn’t hesitate to go to bat for us or find the answer to any questions we had. She was such a joy and so encouraging as we looked at homes and put in our offer. Gwenn truly cares about her clients and finding the right home and will walk through pros and cons on each property to really nail down the right home. She also went above and beyond for us so that we could land in the home we wanted and helped us find creative solutions to make our offer stronger. We’ve recommended Gwenn to many of our friends and will continue to do so. Highly recommend Gwenn for any real estate needs!

This is our third time using Judy to buy/sell our home. Her marketing strategies and attention to detail have made the processes seamless for our family. She was able to sell our home for a great price and is still working with us to find our dream home. Highly recommend !!

Allie was very receptive to our needs. She was professional and was able to answer all of my many questions through out the selling/buying process.

This is the second time I have worked with Susan over a period of 14 years. Both times she was very thorough, and competent. We felt we were in safe hands. I lost a house I wanted, 14 years ago, due to my realtor being angry and aggressive on the phone with the seller's realtor. I really appreciate how level headed and professional Susan is.

I know that Mr. Colton is very busy but he made feel as though I was his top priority. He provided many property choices that fit my needs. He was in constant contact with me and returned my calls in a timely fashion. He not only found the property that I fell in love with; he also sold my home and made the whole process seamless. Rich Colton is an expert!

Oleg went above and beyond for us.
