Even while my husband and I were on our honeymoon, she stayed on top of every detail, always diligent and making sure the entire process went smoothly without any complications.She took the time to ensure we were completely satisfied with our choice, and beyond being an amazing professional, she truly became like a friend to us. We loved working with her so much that my parents also had the pleasure of working with her. Even though they only speak Spanish, she went out of her way to find the right resources so they could receive help with their loan and available programs. McKenna explained everything to us in ways we could understand, found us exactly what we were looking for and in our price range, stay 100% on top what needed to be done to negotiate and get an accepted offer. She has helped us with things even outside of the home such as solar panels and finding insurance. We have since closed and she is still here for us-helping set up utilities and communicating with the sellers agent for any questions we still have.
