I connected with Mike Allison randomly through a Zillow link, and genuinely could not have been happier with my experience. From day one, Mike was patient, incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough, without ever making me feel pressured to buy. Mike didn’t just walk through houses with me, he investigated them. He checked appliances and mechanicals, searched for dates and model numbers, and literally got down on his hands and knees to find information in hard-to-reach places. He also helped me see each property’s potential, strategizing with me about renovations (from expanding bathrooms to reconfiguring closets). He wasn’t trying to sell me a house; he genuinely wanted to help me find the right one and envision how I could turn it into my home. Mike was equally impressive during negotiations. He was punctual, extremely responsive, and on top of every detail from our first showing through closing. And his support didn’t stop there, he continues to help connect me with trusted contacts for repairs and renovations. It is incredibly refreshing to work with someone at this level of competence, responsiveness, and follow-through. This was not our first time working with Adam Flinchbaugh, and once again, he exceeded our expectations. We knew from our previous experience that Adam was the realtor we wanted when it was time to sell our home and purchase our next one. When it came time to list, his pricing and marketing strategy worked extremely well—we received multiple full-price offers almost immediately after going active, and ended up selling over the list price. Our side of the sale went smoothly, but the buyer encountered issues with their lender. Adam went above and beyond to help resolve the situation.
