They were thoughtful with our 'improvement' investment and a 3% investment in paint, repairs and strategic lighting enhancements resulted in an almost 25% increase in the sales price with two offers at the same amount to decide between. The bottom line is that we did what we were asked to do, followed instructions, vacated the house early for the first day when there were 9 showings due to excellent photos and 'coming soon' and stayed away all weekend so they could work their magic.
