Within three days we had two offers, one which was accepted. A week prior to closing, we had pipes freeze and burst. Heather worked quickly with the buyer to transparently overcome the situation. Anyway, Heather and Shane were able to contact the owner of a piece of land we were really interested in and thought it might be tangible even though it wasn't even for sale at the time.
