Adam walked us through every step of the process with professionalism and honesty. He was always easy to get in touch with and responded quickly. When I first got in touch with him we were not in a hurry to sell, but when the perfect house for us suddenly got listed he shifted gears quickly, helping us buy it then get our old home sold. He easily got us through all the little bumps in the road with a simple “I’ll take care of it” and followed through. His years of experience give him a great advantage, and nothing came up that he hadn’t encountered before or didn’t know how to deal with. Selling and buying a home can be so stressful, but Adam is the perfect mix of professional and personal to put you at ease and know you’re in good hands.

Adam sold my house at a price he and I had agreed upon. There was no negotiations and he lived up to my expectations. He protected my privacy and kept potential buyers away from intruding, The paperwork to close the transaction/sale did not go as well as I liked in that I had to step in and threaten the buyer with taking his deposit when the buyer stalled.

Beth is amazing at her job. After being misled and misinformed on several occasions for over six months with other realtors, Beth was an oasis in the housing search desert. She was extremely upfront about everything and answered any of the questions that did arise, which were few, because of how thorough she was from the beginning. We were even able to close sooner than projected due to her diligence and supurb communication throughout the process. I cannot imagine buying a house going any smoother thanks to her. If you want to save time and energy, while working with someone who is kind and considers you and your family as a people, give Beth a call. She'll help you get into your new home.

Beth was able to secure me multiple qualified offers opening weekend at or above my asking price. Beth did a ton of work and made this a very easy transaction.

She gave us an exceptional guidance for our first 203k loan purchase, she was very professional and helpful. Beth is very versed in real estate and she is incredibly patient and her knowledge and her connection was incredibly helpful to us, she always takes time to thoroughly answer any questions, she never rushes and makes sure we understand every step. Anyone who has Beth as her agent can be sure of the best service possible.

Helped make our purchase hassle free.

In a nutshell, Celese made things stress free. We had the pleasure of dealing with her for a purchase and a sale, and, hopefully, more in the future. She knows people in many professions, so if you have any questions that she is unable to answer, which are few, she gets right on the phone with professionals (plumbing, electrical, septic, zoning, etc.) that could provide the information needed for us to make the best decision for us. She is very knowledgeable in Oil, Gas, and Mineral (OGM) rights also, and that is very important in NEPA. Celese is also very accommodating when we had to meet. She also sent as much paperwork as possible for electronic signatures. One last thing to mention, her timely communication is A+. Whether you call, text, or email her, she replies quickly. We recommend her highly.
