Adam sold my house at a price he and I had agreed upon. There was no negotiations and he lived up to my expectations. He protected my privacy and kept potential buyers away from intruding, The paperwork to close the transaction/sale did not go as well as I liked in that I had to step in and threaten the buyer with taking his deposit when the buyer stalled.
