We were looking for a realtor with local knowledge and a keen understanding of the market in our area. McAteer and Will Estates turned out to be that realtor. They came over to the house, made a fair assessment, and gave good advice. They offered other benefits via contacts that they had made over the years with people who can assist in cleaning out the house and also prepping the house for showing. All of whom were excellent. Laura Hawthorne was assigned to us along with Sue Cawley - but truthfully, the whole team was on task for the sale of our house. They really paid attention to detail.
