I recently sold my house and Greg was my realtor. I previously had interviewed two other realtors who did not want to list my house at my expected price of $169000 saying it was too high for the area . Greg listed my house at my expected price. So i ended up with an extra $15,000. If i could give a 10 star review I would. Greg was very attentive from the beginning. Not only did he hire a professional photographer to take photos but he also showed up two hours before closing to see if we needed help to empty the house. He came with rags to help clean and a big garbage bag to put last minute garbage in. He pitched in to help clean wherever needed, from windows to last minute bathroom spruce up. I have bought and sold 10 houses in my lifetime and never encountered such a wonderful realtor. $169,000 The house was sold at 165,000 so I gained an additional 15,000 in profitgoing with Greg.

As a first time home buyer, Shane has been a godsend. He was easy to work with and had great patience for the mountain of questions and various properties we looked at. The actual buying process seemed almost too easy and this was thanks to how well he communicated but also how much prep work Shane had done so a lot of the process felt seamless. I would be remiss not to point out that Shane is very friendly and a pleasure to work with. At no time did it feel like he was just trying to sell a place, instead it felt like he genuinely cared about assisting me in this momentous life event that is buying your first home. I will close by saying that if the time comes to sell and buy a new place that Shane is available because he will be my first choice!
