I did not live in the area where the property was and Stan made sure everything would be ready. Anything that needed to be done with the house for the sale, he took the initiative. He knows and works with fair professional subcontractors who do a great job and don't try to take advantage knowing a sale is pending. It was especially helpful that Stan has many years of experience in the area, is knowledgable and willing to explain every step of the way. Stan was a great salesman no pressure no b******* he was just an all-around great guy who has more experience selling homes and Dingmans Ferry than a lot of Agents time combined. I highly recommend him if you want an honest opinion and no pressure at all. All around great guy.
