Starting the first day when Lisa and Hector came to our home I knew we picked the perfect realtor! They are like a well oiled machine. Hector was our realtor and he was amazing. Great communication. They came over to the house, made a fair assessment, and gave good advice. As a side note, through Sue Cawley's contacts with Habitat for Humanity, we were able to donate a dining table and chairs, a rolling kitchen cart, a few other things and lots of artwork (we simply couldn't take it all!). We were very happy to know that someone would be able to use it all in the future and that it would benefit H4H, a worthy cause. One thing I found while working with McAteer & Will Estates, is that it's not just the person you hire, it's the team and the types of contacts that team has as well. Makes a world of difference. McAteer & Will Estates was incredibly professional, and a pleasure to deal with. Laura Hawthorne, our personal agent was fantastic. She was very personable, professional, efficient and helpful. She went out of her way to ensure everything was ready for the showing, etc. She helped put us in contact with someone to get rid of things we no longer wanted, and we were also able to donate items to Habitat for Humanity, thanks to another person in the office.
