When my mother had to go into a Skilled Nursing facility, the time had come to sell her house in order to help pay for her ongoing care. Dixie Waters had helped sell my grandmother's house almost 20 years before under similar circumstances. Just as we started the paperwork process to place the house on the market, my mother died unexpectedly. Obviously, this threw a monkey-wrench in the process.
