I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

Dustin was so incredibly patient through the entire house hunting period and gave me advance notice of a few properties that he felt would fit my bill. He does not sugar coat things and brought some things to my attention on some places that I may not have noticed. He never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. When we finally put a bid in on a home, there was a follow-through repair the seller had committed to. It turned into a bit of a fiasco as the seller appeared to walk away from it. However, Dustin helped to keep it on the table and pursued the best solution for me. He could have just told me it was my problem beings I owned the home, but he did not—-he felt that it was within his field of responsibility and ethics to make this issue get resolved to my satisfaction. He takes great pride in his commitment to his clients. I cannot recommend a more honest, ethical and committed real estate agent.
