Bob is professional and courteous. Throughout the process of selling a home and buying a home I knew I was in good hands with Bob. Bob keeps you up to date as he gets information and it never feels like you are in the unknown. Furthermore Bob takes an interest in your life and wants to accomodate you to make sure this experience goes as smooth as possible. Bob has not only been a realtor, Bob has been a friend, what started out as a professional relationship has turned into someone who I trusted with buying my brother a home, and selling a home for my mom. In addition, I have referred Bob out to two close friends as I want everyone to have the experience of knowing what it's like working with Bob, a man on a mission for you. Bob has been around the real estate world for a while, and it's time he gets the recognition he deserves. If you want someone who you know will always be in your corner fighting for you. I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.
