Toot was such a blessing to work with! She truly goes above and beyond in every part of the process. This is our first home and Toot introduced us to everything and made the entire thing so smooth. Shes is such a strong communicator and advocated for us to our lender and the seller to help us as much as possible. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and willing to learn as well, she put in a lot of work to answer all of our questions and keep our minds at ease. I truly believe we would not be in the home we are in now without her, we are forever grateful for her! An additional bonus is that Toot is so funny and kind and fun to be around, her personality alone helped us stay positive throughout this whole process!

From start t o finish Tracy did a good job. She met with us on a few occasions in person, otherwise we were able to do some of the signatures on-line. She hired a great photographer and took many pictures inside and outside our home. She did a great job of marketing and held several open houses. We had an offer within a few days. It took a while for the actual closing because our buyer had to sell their home. Overall we were very happy with Tracy and how she handled the sale of our home!
