Toot was such a blessing to work with! She truly goes above and beyond in every part of the process. This is our first home and Toot introduced us to everything and made the entire thing so smooth. Shes is such a strong communicator and advocated for us to our lender and the seller to help us as much as possible. She is so incredibly knowledgeable and willing to learn as well, she put in a lot of work to answer all of our questions and keep our minds at ease. I truly believe we would not be in the home we are in now without her, we are forever grateful for her!
