Toot is truly an amazing Realtor and such a wonderful person to work with! She is caring, responsive, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you feel supported throughout the entire process. Whether you’re buying or selling, Toot takes the time to listen, answer every question, and make you feel confident in every step along the way. She is also incredible when walking through your home with you and making sure it is presented in a way that attracts the right buyers. Toot has helped us both buy a home and sell a home, and both experiences have been absolutely wonderful. We always felt heard, supported, and cared for from start to finish. We are so grateful to have had her by our side during such important moments in our lives. We couldn’t recommend Toot enough! ❤️

Toot has helped us with purchasing our first home in 2020. She was so amazing and answering all the annoying first time home buyer questions with the biggest smile on her face. Now she has helped us sell that very home 6 years later. She has made such a stressful time turn into a wonderful experience! We reminisced as we all walked through our home getting it set up to sell, it has changed so much from the beginning. She has helped us more than we could express. She answered every question, helped guide us with staging ( It looked amazing!) With her guidance everything moved way faster than we could ever expect! We had such a great experience buying, there is not one other person we wanted but her for selling. We absolutely love her and we would recommend her to anyone that wants a great experience and someone who truly cares about us not just the sale. She is so easy to be around and cares so much! Her smile and joyful personality brings down the stress sooo much. So if your looking for the best, go with Toot! 100/10 would definitely recommend!

Denise was always available, with a quick response to any of our questions or concerns. Because of her experience in real estate, was very knowledgeable in knowing the tendencies of perspective buyers when it comes to home sales. I had doubts putting our house on the market in November/December. I remember her saying, if you have a nice home, the time of year you sell shouldn’t make a difference. She was right. It’s sold very quickly.
