Toot has helped us with purchasing our first home in 2020. She was so amazing and answering all the annoying first time home buyer questions with the biggest smile on her face. Now she has helped us sell that very home 6 years later. She has made such a stressful time turn into a wonderful experience! We reminisced as we all walked through our home getting it set up to sell, it has changed so much from the beginning. She has helped us more than we could express. She answered every question, helped guide us with staging ( It looked amazing!) With her guidance everything moved way faster than we could ever expect! We had such a great experience buying, there is not one other person we wanted but her for selling. We absolutely love her and we would recommend her to anyone that wants a great experience and someone who truly cares about us not just the sale. She is so easy to be around and cares so much!
