Dustin was so incredibly patient through the entire house hunting period and gave me advance notice of a few properties that he felt would fit my bill. He does not sugar coat things and brought some things to my attention on some places that I may not have noticed. He never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. When we finally put a bid in on a home, there was a follow-through repair the seller had committed to. It turned into a bit of a fiasco as the seller appeared to walk away from it. He could have just told me it was my problem beings I owned the home, but he did not—-he felt that it was within his field of responsibility and ethics to make this issue get resolved to my satisfaction.
