She has been a good person to work with, she answered my questions and was very timely in her communication with me which was a great help. After about 1.5 years of me trying to get everything in order, she stayed persistent an on top of her responsibilities. After being on the market for a week we accepted a deal and got it done in about a month. She seems to surround herself with good connections and contacts that helped me a good deal. I would also recommend who she does. Overall it’s suspicious the amount of green flags but non the less 9.95 / of 10

Dustin was so incredibly patient through the entire house hunting period and gave me advance notice of a few properties that he felt would fit my bill. He does not sugar coat things and brought some things to my attention on some places that I may not have noticed. He never pressured me or tried to sway me in any way. When we finally put a bid in on a home, there was a follow-through repair the seller had committed to. It turned into a bit of a fiasco as the seller appeared to walk away from it. However, Dustin helped to keep it on the table and pursued the best solution for me. He could have just told me it was my problem beings I owned the home, but he did not—-he felt that it was within his field of responsibility and ethics to make this issue get resolved to my satisfaction. He takes great pride in his commitment to his clients. I cannot recommend a more honest, ethical and committed real estate agent.

Ayla was very responsive and knowledgeable about the market values in our area. She also gave us staging ideas, as well as a booklet with house cleaners, and movers, etc. in our area. She has excellent follow through and people skills.
