I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

If you are moving you need this agent behind you, Matthew went above and beyond to help us sell our home. He worked with us tirelessly to make sure we were comfortable with every step of the moving process. We moved halfway across the country! We were lucky to have found Matt and his team at iMetro to help sell our condo in Burnsville, MN. His knowledge of the local market was just what we needed to set the right price and help us pick from the multiple offers he got for us! He also brought his A-Game with help from his handyman and photographer who got just the right shots to get us 20+ showing over two days. We can't say enough about Matt, but if you need somebody who is talented, dedicated and above all host - he's your guy. We were blessed to have worked with him. A++

We have known and used Matt for our home search and sales for 3 years now and it is because of him we were able to buy a house we fell in love with and also sell it with him at a price we loved. We moved out of state before our house sold and Matt went above and beyond in our absence to get the house sold, that too, to owners who would love our home like we did. We knew Matt would deliver results and that's why we didn't think twice about hiring him as our realtor. Matt knows the market, has years of experience and his strategies work.
