Colleen handled the sale of my Whidbey Island home from listing through closing, and she was excellent at every stage. Her read on the market was right from the start — her pricing analysis was realistic and well-supported, and the sale landed almost exactly where she said it would. What stood out most was her thoroughness. The transaction involved multiple counteroffers, an inspection negotiation, and a stack of addenda, and she turned every document around quickly and accurately, and was consistently more detailed than the other side of the transaction. She’s also a genuinely strong negotiator — patient, never rattled, and effective. Each round of negotiation ended in a better position than where it started, and she kept the deal moving and the tone professional the whole way through. Add to that clear, steady communication and quick responses at every step, and I’d recommend her without hesitation to anyone buying or selling on Whidbey Island or in the greater Bellingham area.

We met Colleen about 6 years before we ever did a deal for her. Once or twice a summer we would call her about a property on Whidbey. She was always friendly, always knowledgeable. When it was time to sell a home she was a natural choice. She gave great advice, had a deep understanding of the market and made it a great experience

Colleen is an exceptional communicator and is extremely knowledgeable about market trends. She kept us informed at every step of the process. Additionally, she held several open houses to attract potential buyers, which was something our previous realtor did not do.
