As a first time buyer, I had a LOT of questions, and Angela never once made me feel like any of them were silly or too much. She was incredibly clear and patient, and if I needed something explained or repeated, she was always happy to do it. I always felt like I understood what was happening and what my options were. Her knowledge of the area and the properties I was considering was invaluable. She gave me honest, thoughtful information about why a particular property might or might not be a good fit and pointed out things I never would have known to consider on my own. I never felt pressured into a decision. I felt like she genuinely wanted me to end up somewhere I would be happy. Angela was also a fantastic advocate for me throughout the process. She knew when it made sense to push back on the sellers and was willing to do it. She negotiated on my behalf at multiple points, including after the inspection, and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money. As a first time buyer, having someone who knew what was reasonable to ask for, when to ask for it, and how to advocate for me was incredibly valuable. She was also incredibly communicative and proactive. When paperwork outside of our control started delaying my closing, she stayed on top of it and made sure I got answers as quickly as possible. She even called the HOA and helped keep things moving while she was on vacation because I was at a critical point in the process, which I appreciated more than I can say. Angela was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and truly fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, and having someone I trusted completely in my corner made such a difference. I could not recommend her more highly.
