Working with Angela was genuinely one of the best parts of my home buying experience. Second only to actually getting the keys! As a first time buyer, I had a LOT of questions, and Angela never once made me feel like any of them were silly or too much. She was incredibly clear and patient, and if I needed something explained or repeated, she was always happy to do it. I always felt like I understood what was happening and what my options were. Her knowledge of the area and the properties I was considering was invaluable. She gave me honest, thoughtful information about why a particular property might or might not be a good fit and pointed out things I never would have known to consider on my own. I never felt pressured into a decision. I felt like she genuinely wanted me to end up somewhere I would be happy. Angela was also a fantastic advocate for me throughout the process. She knew when it made sense to push back on the sellers and was willing to do it. She negotiated on my behalf at multiple points, including after the inspection, and ultimately saved me a significant amount of money. As a first time buyer, having someone who knew what was reasonable to ask for, when to ask for it, and how to advocate for me was incredibly valuable. She was also incredibly communicative and proactive. When paperwork outside of our control started delaying my closing, she stayed on top of it and made sure I got answers as quickly as possible. She even called the HOA and helped keep things moving while she was on vacation because I was at a critical point in the process, which I appreciated more than I can say. Angela was knowledgeable, patient, responsive, honest, and truly fantastic from beginning to end. Buying a home can be incredibly stressful, and having someone I trusted completely in my corner made such a difference. I could not recommend her more highly.

Mindy is a great agent. She works extra hard and extra diligent. She is always responsive to my calls and questions. Mindy's service to us has been above and beyond to the point I'd describe as self-sacrifice. If you are looking for someone who always goes the extra mile for you, Mindy is the one.

After CitiBank refused to finance me for my home due to a completely inept mortgage rep, I felt like giving up but Yma didn't give up on me. She referred me to someone at BECU and made sure that I got everything I needed to them as quickly as possible. She also was highly instrumental in keeping the seller aware of what was going on. We ended up closing just two weeks later! Yma is highly skilled in every aspect of being a realtor. Every communication with her was easy to understand, prompt and she was great at following up with me to make sure I got everything needed to the bank. She lives the next county South, but had no problem getting up here for viewing the property, inspecting the property, doing the final walkthrough and then giving me my keys. Always upbeat, friendly and hopeful. She was my realtor as well as my therapist at times! She REALLY cares about helping her clients! I am SO happy I chose Yma to help me find my dream home. I could not be happier with the home I found and would recommend her to anyone looking to find theirs!

Alicia does a really good job of listening to her clients, scouring the area they want to be in, and getting a hold of sellers and their agents so you can look at homes as soon as possible. Heavily recommend her to everyone!!
