Bill was great and was highly motivated in getting our condo sold as soon as possible. At the time there were four other condos in the same complex also for sale and we were quick to get it sold while everybody else is still on the market. Despite myself having poor communication skills, Bill was very good in the opposite. He kept me informed as many times as I needed or asked. He marketed the condo in every way possible from social media to the sign on the streets. I would highly recommend him.

Carolyn was referred to me by an acquaintance in Chicago. She is pleasant, knowledgeable, and sharp. She knows her stuff. I sold a four flat with her in Humboldt Park with Carolyn as the listing agent. She assessed the building and ask me to wait a couple months so that I could demonstrate higher rents. She told me that my units were underpriced by a couple hundred dollars and she was right. When lease renewal came we realized over $1100 more in revenue for the building and sold a hair under asking. Carolyn also coordinated painters, concrete vendors and cleaning people. Because I spend a good deal of time of town she let workers in to the property and made sure that things were done in the right way. This was priceless. Carolyn offered to do all of this for me. I have left deals and thought that agent was over-paid. Carolyn is worth every penny! Will only use her from now on.
