Recently, we sold a house in Edmonds WA and Rob Calkins of Realty One Group was our Broker. After we first met with Rob, we knew immediately that we wanted him to represent us and guide us through this process. And guide us he did. From day 1 Rob was keeping us informed of every step of the sales strategy. He listened to us and reacted in sensible and diplomatic ways to be sure that we stayed on the right path and marketed the house to fit our timeline and price. He promoted and encouraged the fact that we were in control of the sale. However, he would counsel us if he knew that a course we wanted to take would or would not be beneficial, and he made sure we understood why. Rob marketed the house with great professionalism and managed the entire sales process. Each step was competed with precision and when needed. Rob gives weekly, Tuesday updates which were very, very helpful and informative. These updates kept us reminded of our responsibilities and how we could help Rob help us. Our house sold within our timeline and at our asking price. We feel as though we were in the best hands with Rob Calkins and we would recommend him to anyone seeking any type of Real Estate advice. - The Kenneth G. Baker Estate -
